bought a trade in from them and was at the dealership for more than 6 hours just waiting to speak to the finance guy. sold me a warranty they said i could use at a dealership local to me and now i call and they said i have to drive to them (1.5 hours from my place) everytime i need my car serviced. and when i say i want it canceled they just tell me what a good deal it is and why i shouldn’t cancel while laughing.
Horrible follow-up!!! When you buy a car and buy all of the dealership’s recommended extra insurance and warranty etc, you expect to be taken care of should something bad happen to the car. My husband and I are from Idaho and chose to buy a new car from Young Kia in 2024. The car was totaled in September due to the fault of the other car involved. Young Kia was interesting to work with when I leased my 2023 EV6 GT from them about a year ago. I noticed they had a bunch of discounts on two new 2023 EV6 GTs, so I figured I'd message them and get some numbers on a lease. Mason was helpful in giving me lease numbers by text. I would love nothing more than to give a positive review of Young Automotive group. Unfortunately, I cannot do that. Here is why in December of 2024, I purchased a used 2018 Buick Enclave from Young Kia in Layton. During the test drive I noticed the engine light was on, I also noticed that the tire pressure sensor for the front right tire was not working. But the vehicle met my needs price, size and features.
