i was involved in an auto vs. led accident (me being the pedestrian) and this law firm helped coordinate everything beautifully for me. a majority of communication was with the paralegals Kate and Monica, and they were both so wonderful. Monica, I was able to meet in person and talk to, and we had many conversations about similar life things that made the experience more personable. It took 6 business days before they were able to get back to us on whether they could work with us, and at the end they decided that our case wasn't a good fit for them. It was a struggle to get a hold of their paralegal, response was slow, and generally we didn't feel like a priority. I hoped that the experience was better, they seem like a decent firm. Another firm we went to had a better onboarding experience 100%.

VERY DISHONEST. I can’t even give this one star but it’s making me. They just hired my roommate this last week on Monday. Told her she was hired, she did the onboarding paperwork and started the job that very day. Then they just told her this morning that they are giving the job to someone else after a “courtesy” interview AFTER they hired her. She missed out on other opportunities. They also had told her that “couldn’t” give her benefits even though they hired her for fill time and wanted full time. VERY dishonest and decep... read more
