I called her asking about my debt She so mean I’m just asking question about debts and clear out my name I don’t know why HFCU recommended her She don’t know how to communicate with people asking for what to do. I called regarding a financial matter. Kathrine answer with no respect or professional courtesy. My wife was unable to accomplish anything because Kathrine had hung up the phone with out addressing the issues. As a person that is suppose to up hold the judicial value I find this unacceptable.
