I’ve been here multiple times and usually never had any issues, although my annual cleaning appointments usually only last 5 minutes. Not sure if they even clean my teeth well. Anyway, I had a simple appointment last week for cleaning and Dr. Jang used what sounded like a drill to clean my teeth. It was so so painful. I could feel him digging into my gums, and now, a couple days later, I have a gum infection. My gums are swollen, ulcered, and detached from my teeth, especially my back molar. Worst dr don’t know how to talk to patients very rude and disrespectful
UPDATED! So as I'm getting ready to leave for work today I find out somehow my partial got bent and I could not wear it. I was almost in tears because I can't afford new ones. I called Dr.Jang's office and they were so great they fit me in today within hours. I got there and in not even five minutes the Dr. had my teeth fixed!! And he did it with no out of pocket cost to me. I don't know about these other reviews on here but he has never been anything but kind to me. I will refer anyone to him no doubt about it.
