I had a last minute opening in my busy schedule to have tires swapped today and Zach at Young Honda Logan got me an appointment the same day! Great service!
I was disappointed with my service experience. I made an appointment for an issue with my front tire vibrating and out of balance. They had the car for over 24 hours. They "balanced" and rotated the tires and said the vibration was gone. I paid and left. I drove the car, and it still vibrated, but was now worse.. Our entire family drives Hondas. We are so impressed with Kelten at the service center! He is kind and personable! Kelten is knowledgeable and cares about giving the absolute best to the customers! He knows people by name and gives the absolute best customer service.
혼다에서 중고차를 구입했고, 차살때 전국 모든 혼다서비스에서 수리를 받을수있다고 안내를 받았습니다. 이번 여행할때 브레이크패드가 닳아서 차를 수리하러 왔어요.처음엔 2시간 기다리라고 했고, 또 20분 더 기다리라고 했고, 이번엔 직원이 부품을 빠뜨리고 가져왔다며 다시 가지러가야한다며 계속 기다리게 했습니다. 3시간 30분이 지나서야 차를 돌려줬어요..시간이 많이 없다면 여기서 서비스 받는것을 다시 생각해보세요.
