This place is always the last place I’d choose to get service done on my vehicles. Unfortunately, if it falls under Honda warranty it has to be done here. I’ve had the displeasure of coming here 3 times over the years and never left satisfied. The most recent experience was beyond frustrating. After getting repairs yesterday, my vehicle developed a nasty chemical smell while running. I took it back. They left it running in the bay and said they couldn’t smell anything. Showed up, got what I ordered. Perfect
Miracle workers. I came in with an old Honda Odyssey that had a cylinder misfire. A mechanic at a different place tried everything but still couldn't fix my car. He said we'd have to replace the engine to fix it. Then I took it here to the Honda Service Center. They looked at it and it turns out the issue was faulty wiring and some misdiagnosis. The mechanics at Honda were able to fix the whole thing in a few hours and charged me less than $200 for it. Next time I have an issue with my Honda, I'm coming here first.
My wife wanted me to start taking her car in because she thinks she gets taken advantage of because she’s a female. Of course they forgot to put a discount in that we received in the mail. Fast forward we had them do a service, rotate tires and they did an inspection. One of the tires made a noise so I called in to alert them(she didn’t notice till the next day cause you can’t hear with the window up) and they tried to make it seem like it could of been our fault.
