This place is good except the service. They used to include lemon w the meal. Now it's like a crime asking them for a piece of lemon or extra napkins. Too bad the main cashier is rude. I don't think she should be eating at the front counter either. Good food, bad service. The lady in the pic eating her meal at the front next to the cashier box. Rude lady, rude lady. You guys need to find a better cashier.
The food was amazing it was tasty but the reason the review is low is because the cashier lady was VERY rude we asked what one of the dishes were and a couple minutes passed and we asked again and she gave us a stair and after her saying it she then said i already told you and was just rude the rest of the order idk if id be coming back after all that.
We enjoyed everything. The lobster tail was surprising nice. The LocoMoco was great with the extra sauce, the teriyaki chicken was soft and nice not overcooked and fresh. The owner was so nice and gave us a free desert that was very good. The pork ribs were the only thing that was not excellent. Of course the Mac salad was spot on.
As what others wrote in their reviews, the small lady CASHIER here is very RUDE, wonder why the owner is keeping her after all the experiences of customers wrote in here. I had the same experience as David Chang. Asked for plates as there were 5 of us but she only gave us 3 and even showed me the rest of the plates and said they were for next customers to come. what the.... i asked for the manager and said he/she is not there and asked for a number and answered she does not know.
