Terrible experience. We drove from NJ to buy a boat we put a deposit on. We got there and straps weren’t on the trailer. We move inside to sign the papers, they didn’t know about the extended Mercury warranty and didn’t even know their Mercury rep or anyone to ask about it. How do you not know that wine every other boat dealership does? Then, they registered the engine to us even though we said not too until they figured out the warranty. We were on vacation in Hiawassee for the week of 7/21-7/26 and my son wanted to have some work done to his boat trailer while he had his boat in the water. He went to service department on Tuesday 7/22 and they check out trailer. Just wanted to have a new strap on his winch and they told him he needed to have his springs replaced and his bunk bolts cut out and replaced. Paid over $6,000 for a refrigerator replacement that didn't last 30 days. Called 2 months ago to speak with the service manager Ben. He was going to reach back out and set up a service appointment.....never heard a word back. Reached out multiple times and left voicemails, only to be ghosted. Absolutely terrible customer service and quality for the money spent.
