A 5 minute phone call and the service tech may as well have been reading my mind. Knew the issues, knew the part, and even suggested the proper fix for the problem presented. A 2 year issue fixed in a 5 minute phone call and an hour of work. 10/10 service, I will happily refer to them for now on. Professional and knowledgeable
My husband and I stopped by to look at new campers. On that day we were NOT driving our towing vehicle (Ram 2500 diesel). And this may be why we were treated differently. Just our opinion. We arrived at 3pm and knew they closed at 5pm. As we were looking at the first camper we walked into, and were very interested in, an employee was walking through the lot locking up the campers. Even though we weren’t able to currently buy at this time, I would like to commend Avery Breedlove on his awesome and attentive customer service. Called since we are out of state to try and work a price and he got back with all information in a quick and timely manner and answered all questions we had along the way. Would love to work with him again when the time is right.
I purchased a boat from these carnies on 4/30/2024 and was told PRIOR TO THE SALE IN WRITING AND VERBALLY that the water pump had been serviced. After the sale, I contacted the service department with some questions which is when they told me that the water pump HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED. I gave them a chance to make it right, but they refused and told me to contact their attorney.
