We were on vacation in Hiawassee for the week of 7/21-7/26 and my son wanted to have some work done to his boat trailer while he had his boat in the water. He went to service department on Tuesday 7/22 and they check out trailer. Just wanted to have a new strap on his winch and they told him he needed to have his springs replaced and his bunk bolts cut out and replaced. Paid over $6,000 for a refrigerator replacement that didn't last 30 days. Called 2 months ago to speak with the service manager Ben. He was going to reach back out and set up a service appointment.....never heard a word back. Reached out multiple times and left voicemails, only to be ghosted. Absolutely terrible customer service and quality for the money spent.

A great experience! Traded our two year old camper for a new Imagine XLS that better met our needs. The out the door price was fair and all promises met. Walk-thru was thorough. We also had slide toppers added after purchase and service department did a great job and is a pleasure to do business with.
