Nasty and disrespectful receptionist On their site they claim they do civil litigation then when I briefly explained my case she became nasty and rude and said they don't deal with cases like that so I asked what kind do you deal with. She refused to tell me and repeated herself and I said what type of case is mine that you don't deal with then? She became extremely hostile and disrespectful and hung up on me.
