Alonna at the check-in counter for American Airline of Cerritos, CA was absolutely amazing! We ran into an issue where the flight was oversold, and my wife didn't have a ticket. Alonna immediately went above and beyond to find her a seat and secure the ticket right there at Port Cerritos. Had we waited to fix this at the gate, we likely would have missed the flight! Alonna rocks—give that gal a raise!
American airlines has always treated me nicely. They've been good with my luggage and good with me
It was my first time with American Airline. The service was very, very friendly service on board and the food was excellent. The seats very spacious and comfortable (as you would expect in first class for a domestic flight) - but way better than compared to inner-European flights.
