I’ve had such a great experience working with everyone here. Laurie and Katrina on the sales team were awesome — super friendly, helpful, and always made things easy to understand. [10/19/2025] We wanted to add a couple more things we love after living in our home. The gourmet kitchen is fantastic. The oven heats up incredibly fast and reaches high temperatures. We highly recommend it for anyone who loves making homemade pizza—a thin crust bakes in just 5 minutes! We also love that we were able to get LVP flooring throughout the entire house. We have been looking at homes in the Holly Springs area for quite a while. We found out Katrina was working with a Taylor Morrison community. Hearing her talk about the quality of Young Farm homes, we were excited to see it. Although we are still not ready to make the move from California, when we do we will certainly consider the Taylor Morrison homes at Young Farm.
Laurie and Katrina at Taylor Morrison’s Young Farm are an awesome team. They were always easy to reach, super patient, and never made us feel rushed when we had questions. It really took a lot of stress out of the process. We chose Taylor Morrison because we loved the thoughtful designs, solid quality, and the feel of the Young Farm community.
