The 2 stars are for the hardworking crew on the ground. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been deeply disappointing. If you raise a concern, expect them to hide behind policy rather than help. The warranty team is dismissive to the point where you feel penalized for simply asking —something I’ve never encountered before.
