The Electrician rescheduled multiple times. By the time they showed up it was a Joke. Since I was out of town and I had someone else coordinating multiple hours were wasted and it was very inconvenient. We hired Young electric to replace our electrical panel and install mini splits in our home in DRW. We paid half up front when we signed the contract for the work. My husband and I have now called at least weekly since March (it’s now June) asking when work will be done and are told each time that they will check and call back. We estimate that we have tried to get scheduled at least 20 times now. Professional and on time to the job I have had no issues ever with young electric I’ve been using them on various jobs for the last year and they have always provided excellent quality service.
We had them out to quote a seemingly basic addition of an electrical line. We accepted their terms and scheduled an appointment. Not only did they fail to show up, they refused to return phone calls. Bizarre behavior for a reputable business. I don’t like to leave bad reviews for small businesses but they left me no recourse.
