I’ve been seeing Dr young for years and she’s been helpful for my debilitating eczema. But she’s clearly prioritized profits from cosmetic work, and overbooked herself over tome. So now I can’t get the life-altering medical treatments I need to use my hands, because she’s booked out for months on cosmetic patients that make her more money. I should’ve had the prescience to book out my annual prior auth appointment 2-3 months ahead, I guess. And they no longer keep a cancellation list or help with emergency refills either. Dr. Young is such a great doctor - very thorough in her exams and so knowledgeable. She takes the time needed to answer my questions. On top of that she is just a really nice and kind person. Love her!!!
Amazing doctor. Really spends time with you and truly listens. Seen other Dermotologists in the past and Dr Young is by far “the best” in Seattle.
I love Dr. Young and all the staff!! They are so kind, friendly and warm. I have complete confidence in Dr. Young and her knowledge. This office is how healthcare used to be. Dr. Young is never allowed to retire!!
On my most recent followup, I arrived a few minutes early as I had another appointment following this visit. The front staff at once alerted the back staff that I needed my scheduled treatment quickly and if possible a brief visit with Dr. Young. It was like magic! I was attended to within minutes and I got to see Dr. Young soon after my treatment. Needless to say, such service is a rarity in most doctor's offices these days. I will be remiss if I did not mention that Dr. Young's care continues to be exceptional.
