Dana was amazing and stayed in communication during my whole repair process. She kept us informed on each step and the repair was great
Dan was responsive and thorough. He pointed out damage that a previous body shop missed injust the walk around. In a few minutes I had an estimate in hand, a rental car set up, and a return appointment. I did not get the promised follow-up call about additional damage that was found or updates, but did get a prompt reply to my inquiry. No one ever wants to go to "collision repair", but when you have to I am really glad we went to Young Collision Center! We were extremely well taken care of by Dan. He spent a huge amount of time fighting for us w/insurance to get OEM parts, and was always available for questions with a high level of professionalism. The quality of work was excellent. Looked like a brand new truck! Highly recommended!
