He kept me updated on the progress working with the insurance company to get approvals for the additional damage uncovered when they pulled my car apart compared to what the insurance company had approved. His communication with the timelines expected was top notch. If there were any delays he would update me with the latest developments and they got the car completed on time and as expected. Young Collision Center South was great. We needed a new bumper and back end body work done. Dan our advisor was great keeping us updated. They had the work completed on time and did beautiful work.
The repair on my daughter’s Chevrolet Volt was superb. It was like getting back a brand new car! I did not expect the interior to be cleaned. It was spotless! And Dan Hales was so kind and helpful.
I had my truck repaired here last year after a mishap while camping. They did a great job getting the repairs done quickly and efficiently.
