Brought my brand-new Jeep in for a simple hinge repair/replacement issue and was quoted nearly $600 for the repair. When I went to pick it up, I was told I owed a $190 diagnostic fee—something I was never told about. After pushing back, they lowered it to $117, but no diagnostics needed.
