Craig was polite and responsive getting my jeep scheduled for repairs. As long as I get that level of service, I’ll keep going back.
I got a normal pm service done and I asked them if they could check the status of the battery on Saturday July the 30th. They said sure the will check. And after my service was done they said everything checked out good. I wonder if they even did a service seeing how it took them 45 mins. It is August 2nd now and I am stuck at Walmart with a dead battery. Had to buy a jump box from Walmart just to get home.
