Rafael,Colton and Roger were wonderful! They were genuine, friendly and professional. Unlike two experiences I revently had at competing Volkswagen dealerships.
The service was fine. They quoted me $1600 of extra service that was "past its interval." First off that interval was before I owned the truck and I bought it from you. A reasonable person would have expected you to do that service. Secondly I checked the owners manual for the service interval of those services and they are not for another 30,000 miles. So yeah straight up lying is a bad business practice
