Very long wait for a scheduled service. Normally in and out in 30 minutes. This service took 90 minutes.
Jaden was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. The pick-up service from my home to the dealership was great. The Corvette tech got on the phone and explained my service schedule to me in detail that would make the best sense to me and my situation. he was thorough in his explanations and the information was extremely helpful. Best dealer service i have ever received!
I am always happy with the service I receive at Young Chevrolet. They treat me with kindness and take the time to answer any questions I have.
Possibly one of the worst service appt. from any dealer I have had. I was hesitant to go to Young because I had a bad experience with them appx 15 years ago and I said I would not go back again. I only went there because my 'service engine' light was on and I did not want to drive the car farther. I was very disappointed to be told that my car would need a new main battery to the tune of $13,000 (the car is a 2014 Cadillac ELR Plug-in hybrid) with 82K miles.
