My kids love this camp. They learned a lot and the environment is friendly and supportive.
As a Direct Support Professional, my client being autistic, is enjoying and always looking forward to attend his class at Young Chefs Academy. Special needs people are very much welcome and not secluded by their condition but cooking and learning in harmony with any other regular kids.
My granddaughter has been attending for the past 2 years and she loves it. The school is clean, welcoming and inclusive. The staff is very considerate and attentive to the needs of the students and they encourage and foster social skills They get to eat the food they cook and I love the binder they gave them to keep all the recipes of the dishes they make. The experience they gain here, will make them more comfortable with cooking in the future and better chefs. I highly recommend the school.
My Special needs daughter was bullied by another student at Young chef academy. I went as a parent to address the situation and my special needs daughter was kicked out My special needs daughter is not 100% verbal.
