Wish I would have read the reviews before just going to the first GMC for our car. $160 for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. Came back and found the coupon for an oil change that was left on the counter, 15 mins later. Called to see if they would honor it and said they cannot. Offered to bring it in as well. While that was our mistake for forgetting it- I feel good customer service honors those kinds of things, especially if you want returning customers. Instead of trying to nickel and dime customers. Took my new Buick, 9,000 miles, in for service, they called and said I need an alignment. I inspected the tires, there was no uneven wear and drove straight without pulling to one side or the other. My wife’s sister bought her new Buick here the day before us. When I told her about this she told us she took her car in at 4,000 miles and was told she needed an alignment also, so she believed them and did the alignment. This does not sound right. Be aware!
