Sold a vehicle out from under me to an employee. Then somehow got my review deleted from google. I’m reporting this again. Was lied to and told they couldn’t “find the truck”. Sold to a service guy after hours. Used car salesman at their worst
Terrible service ! Parts and labor are priced well over MSRP compared to typical market rates. Lack of transparency when a full itemized breakdown was requested and not provided prior to repair. The transmission repair was claimed as complete before a test drive was performed. A test drive was only done after I specifically asked for one to confirm the repair actually fixed the issue. PARTS & LABOR are priced well OVER MSRP compared to typical market rates. There’s a lack of transparency when a FULL ITEMIZED breakdown was requested and not provided prior to doing the repair. not even 6 months after owning the car that i bought from here it started having issues like going into limp mode, after doing some looking around in the motor we discovered a cracked piston. pretty sure the dealer ship knew about this issue because only one of the caps was replaced and looked brand new while the other three were very old looking and cracked. so i totally appreciate being sold this car when i cant afford to replace the whole engine as an 18 y/o with no savings 👍
