I have been buying and leasing cars from Ed Sargent at Young’s for the past 30 years. He has always been fair to me. If I have a problem with a car, he always makes sure that I get the best of service and looks out for my best interest. That “peace of mind” is worth a lot!!! I have recommended him to a number of my friends and relatives who have had the same experience!
Took in for transmission fluid change and the way it shifts but still not fixed. They say this is the way it's made and the way it supposed to shift but never had a truck that shifts so hard. Something needs to be done about this issue and needs to be fixed

Great experience, Geoffrey Hinkle was a very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was a great sales man! Michelle was a friendly, and helpful as well. We have always bought new cars from either Young Buick, GMC, or Young Chevrolet, and will continue to do so. We also got a chance to talk to JT while we were there. JT is one of the nicest guys we have met at a dealership. All of you guys ROCK!
Service on my GMC Sierra was not completed per the invoice I was given at the end of sale. I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. The oil and filter were changed. The tire rotation was not. The left rear tire was moved to the left front. The left front tire was moved to the left rear. Both of the right tires were not rotated at all.
