I was looking at the Buick Envision on the Young Buick website. I was contacted two days later to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was most interested in, which was great! BUT, when I got to my appointment with Carson, he had NO idea I was coming which meant the car had not been brought down to the Chevy lot.
