Never received my estimate. Didn’t even really look at my yard. Will be going with someone else.
Where to start... we had Young Bucks fix our sprinkler system last year and for the most part it was a decent experience. The crew was friendly and the price seemed fair. I don't know what happened between last year and this year, but it is not good. I'll explain. We had a crack in our sprinkler line from the winter. 100% my fault. When I went to schedule an appointment for them to come look at it, it would take 10 days for the appointment. I get it, busy time of year. DO NOT HIRE. I hate giving bad reviews, but the complete lack of integrity from this company has left me no choice. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tiffany, who answers the phone, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has zero business dealing with customers/potential customers. They will argue and make excuse after excuse while refusing to take any sort of accountability.
