The charge for pallet was $26. When I returned in GOOD CONDITION they did NOT give me what I paid. They said they kept $5 per pallet there customer service to me being an older woman was bad I felt almost discriminated, why, when Compared their quote with another company it double the amount. I had already spent over $3000 with OldCastle but they've lost my business.
Absolutely awful customer service, unbelievably poor
These guys at the front office are ALWAYS rude. Terrible customer service. This morning they were training a new system and it took me 1.5 hrs to get to the cashier and there were only 6 people in front of me. This place is so poorly ran.
