Terrible experience! She was 20min late which I didn’t mind.. But then she tells me go into what looks like a storage room with things thrown and stacked all around. She then rushed through my facial didn’t explain a thing and washed my face throughout the whole facial with the same cold bucket of water!!! She was very rough pushing my face left and right..
