I searched auto mechanics who were certified to repair my hybrid, and it took a week to find Mr. Young. I called him and he scheduled me for the following day. I had an oil leak coming from the motor. He diagnosed the problem and explained the cost for parts and labor upfront. He went to work right away. I brought my BMW here to get an initial diagnosis. The owner was very kind and advised me on where to start with getting the car running again. Going to mechanics can be intimidating as somebody who knows nothing about cars. Overall, he made this tough situation a great experience for me, as I'm not very well versed in car talk. Distasteful & Dishonest
I was buying a car and stopped here during my test drive to see if they could "take a look". The full scan is $75 (December, 2023), but they looked under the hood and gave me advice (very honest and friendly) and didn't ask for anything as I was quick and decided to pass on the scan (the car didn't seem worth it). It was a nice experience, and I just wanted to show gratitude recommending them!
