We took my 4 year old here and were lied to about him having full blown 13 cavities. That didn't sound right to us because we take good care of his teeth and he never complains of tooth pain. They gave us all this paperwork to fill out about a huge dental procedure that he would have had to go under for. Thank God we got a second opinion! Why is it so overstimulating and hard to breathe in this building? The smells, sounds, and lights are overpowering. Probably not the best dentist for neurodivergent children in my opinion. I am neurodivergent and bring my son here (who is also neurodivergent) and it’s a struggle every time for us both.

This was my child's dentist, I had a lapse of insurance coverage for 6 months and took my child to the community college for a cleaning during that time. The school asked for a transfer of records 3 times and was told it was sent. Finally the college confirmed the email they were using and it was the wrong email. So who knows who Doreen sent my child's dental records to, that's a HIPPA violation. All three of my kids come here. My kids are always very excited to come to the dentist! Because of the setup, I can make all their appointments at the same time and it makes my life so much easier. They made a billing mistake once and they were quick to apologize and correct.
