LEASE ISSUES 1) I am paying for 10 full months worth of rent to live here. I am only allowed to live here 8 months and 3 weeks. They have you start paying two months before your move in date and you can stop paying rent before your move out month. I’m sure YA has an official reason for this, but it seems like it’s also utilized to sweep under the rug the fact that they’re running away with your money. The customer service was terrible they were very rude and unprofessional.Upkeep on apartment are filthy upon moving in my apartment was filthy and also to many issues with bugs in the apartment .There problems regarding the billing and charges and also the disputes men of funds.All sprung terrible experience apartments are not worth the price and customer service is very awful.
Worst realty company ever, moved in and everything was in terrible condition. They put no effort into turning it into an acceptable condition. Fined us for every little thing they could find. I would think twice before signing a lease with these people. Don't make the mistake that I did.
