After calling four different stores Ms. Bella answered the phone at the Hoover location with a very positive energetic voice willing to help. I explained to her that my policy might have lapsed and I wanted to make sure that it didn't and if it didn't pay my bill she was very punctual and her customer service was top ter. She made sure she sent me my ID cards once payment was processed. 10 out of 10 ☺️
They won’t send me my ID card for the next month after I made the payment, disrespectful talking on the phone !!
