Not expensive Insurance
The Homewood Young America insurance office has inexperienced people running their office, they're very rude, they don't like to do their work that they're there to do. They go to lunch a lot throughout the day because every time I call they're at lunch, even at 10:00 in the morning. Instead of them helping you with your call, they'll just take your phone number down and tell you that they will call you back but they never return your phone call.
I don’t recommend going here. Rather choose Allstate. They don’t have app and proper website
The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They will not answer the phone, email, or call you back. They will not update you on your claim or answer any of your questions. Good luck if you every have to deal with this company.
Your payment is taken 5 days before your bill is due. I was not told this would happen.
