Always friendly and professional
I was referred to Dr. Amano by a friend, and reassured me that he is known as the "Gentle Dentist". Well, firstly a female dentist, on his team, was going to fill some cavities. As she went in to administer a shot in my cheek, I felt the needle go through my tongue before my cheek! So to clarify, she made a beginners mistake (I later found out) and had pierced the nerve in my cheek - which gave me the painful illusion of it piercing through my tongue. Okay, strike one. my first visit there, very friendly staff and awesome Dr. went for cleaning. I would go back to the office again.
Dr. Amano is the best dentist.
Dr Amano placed 6 porcelain veneers for me 13 years ago and they still look great! I really thought they'd look old and worn out by now, but they look about as good as new! (Still white, but just not as bright as they were 13 years ago). He gave me free whitening treatments before I had the procedure done and then matched the veneer color to my bright white teeth. He had me wear a temporary veneer set for about 2 weeks before he cast the permanent veneers so I could tweak them as much as I liked and get them exactly perfect ... read more
