I scheduled an appointment Sunday the ninth for 7 PM. They call me in at 7: 13. I was in the room by 715 ready for my massage. The masseuse started at 7:18 they charge for the full hour and I only got 45 minutes. They expect the tip I tipped them $15 anyways the mass did OK! but I was very unhappy with the time they do not give you the complete time that you request and they do charge for the time. In my case was one hour.
I have been to Young Again Spa a few times and each time has been a great experience. The calming environment and pleasant scents upon entering make me more relaxed for the massage. The massages have been excellent each time. The therapists are respectful and tailored the massage to my needs. I also received the hot stone massage one time as well which definitely enhanced the massage. I just got a 90 minute massage. I arrived on time at 3:30pm but it didn’t start until 3:45pm, the therapist ended it at 5:05pm. The session was 10 minutes short! I had Tracy. I told her I don’t like using elbows but she continued to use her lower elbows and really didn’t do deep tissue. It’s more like Swedish not deep tissue as agreed. Therapists using elbows cheat customers IMO. Tracy keeps selling me to do an additional cupping but I refused because I already knew that it wasn’t going to be a good massage after 10 minutes ... read more
