Refused to honor Groupon. Booked appt through Groupon over a week ago. Went in at my scheduled time today and the woman at the desk claimed they changed owners. I showed her that the Groupon didn’t expire until March and had been purchased only a month ago, but she kept saying “no no no” and claimed the change of ownership happened two weeks ago. me and my friend went together and both had a horrific experience. the massages themselves were not good at all and borderline painful. halfway through the massage we heard the hot rocks being passed from my masseuse to my friend’s masseuse after they were used on me and realized they used the same rocks for both of us which is super unsanitary and gross. the woman doing my massage also left mid massage to go answer the door which was the least of my worries but still i consider unprofessional and strange for a massage place... read more
This place is great for the price! I got a full body experience and it was awesome. They are a little rough, but I personally wouldn't want it any other way. She did stop and ask me a couple of times if I was okay and if it was too course or hard (which I responded no to), so I know they care and that is a plus. If you are looking for a clean spot that cares and has great prices, especially in this day and age, YOUMI Spa has you covered.
Merchant scanned my Groupon voucher and then never delivered our couple's massage. Per Groupons advice I asked him to approve a refund, he simply hung up on me.... I should have filed a police report
