My prescription is called out of town to be filled. The staff could not get it electronically transferred. The did not attempt to call the pharmacy. They handed me the prescription and pretty much said go for it if you want it. Day 2 without the prescription. I also was reminded how busy they are?? Not sure how to take that.
They can be very unprofessional at times. There is no chain of command. I am unable to get my refund of 121.00$ now for 5 months. I've call over several times and I'm told she's not in the office. It's like she doesn't want to give me my money back. I try to file a complaint, I'm told she's not in the office. This is there number one excuse. ALSO I WALK OUT THERE OFFICE A PHEW TIMES FOR OVER BOOKING. SO BEWARE OF ANTIOCH FOOT & ANKLE. ( I got my refund back a phew days after I post this, thanks ANTIOCH)
Service was good but the expected foot whirlpool was excluded during this visit without explanation. There were more patients than usual so perhaps time was a factor in receiving the abbreviated treatment.
