I am a firm believer in leaving reviews for services that go beyond expectations. I initially contacted M Youlds due to a fault code appearing on my boiler. That fault code related to a failure of the boiler pump. After a conversation they got a pump in stock and the appointment was made to fix the boiler. Had a run-in with one of this company’s vans on the A47/A15 roundabout. Young lad behind the wheel, looked about 12, to be honest, in the wrong lane, cut me up like I wasn’t there, and nearly took the front off my car before cutting off another car to head down the A16 toward Spalding. If they approach plumbing the same way they approach roundabouts, you’re better off with a bucket and a prayer. Driving’s not exactly advanced engineering, and they’ve already bodged that. Very happy with the service received. Sorry we didn’t get the name of the guy that came out to us but he was very friendly and mindful of our indoor cat! Arrived within the timeframe given, did the job and was professional throughout. Dealing with Shelby over email to book in our appt was straightforward, too. Thanks team!
