I talked with the owner over the phone about having tires removed from 5 rims i had. He told me $25 for the service. I went in to have it done and the guy that was performing the service called to verify what the price was and had the phone on speaker phone so I heard him confirm it was $25 labor charge. Close to the end of service the service guy called the owner again to check price again and he up charged it to $25/per tire when he already said it was $25 for the whole service not per tire. My son and his grandmother visited your location for a replacement of a blown-out tire. During the visit, they were recommended that two additional tires be replaced as well, which resulted in the purchase and installation of three new tires. However, less than a week later, we were forced to replace all three of these tires at another location due to serious issues with the quality of the tires. Within 5 days I've been to the same tire shop 3 times. First he put the wrong size on (Monday) then he gave me a tire that had tears and there was hole which he seemed to try to patch (wednesday). I had woken up to a flat tire and had to get a new tire elsewhere. I went back (Friday) to request a refund and he told me that he doesn't do refunds only exchange. No sign saying that by the way.
