DO NOT engage in business with this company. Almost the entire workforce was fired, and we were told the business was moved, and had very poor communication throughout the entire process and went weeks without answered emails or calls. STAY AWAY from YouInkIt. We had 2 years of great service with them until one day they fired everyone that had been in contact with us. Someone new from the company - rebranded "Swaggity" - reached out to explain, and we were willing to continue our business with them, but they decided that they could no longer ship internationally (even though we had prepaid for all shipping and half of our orders are international). Stay far away! Would give zero stars if possible. This company is an absolute scam artist. Had been doing business with them for 2 years when one day they fired all of the employees who had worked on our account, stopped responding to all calls and emails and stopped shipping all boxes that were stored with them that were all prepaid for. YouInk It has been a great partner to work with on our New Hire SWAG boxes. They were responsive when I reached out for a quote, easy to coordinate with along the way, and prices were great. Our new hires have loved their boxes, that are color coordinated to our brand and full of goodies such as a branded water bottle, notebook, t-shirt, and much more.
