After searching for a hairstylist to do a closure sew in, I came across YOUCEEME. While I was impressed by the reviews and the work presented on IG, my expectations were a bit of a let down. The service I came in for was a closure sew in and it’s the first time I’m doing this style. The owner was very kind and welcoming, nothing against her character. Absolutely terrible experience with this salon. I came in for a wash and style of my extensions with leave out and the stylist completely fried my leave out and unfortunately I’m left with heat damage. I reached out to the owner who just said “heat damage cannot be determined” after I sent a clear picture of the damage. No accountability was taken and it’s clear of the lack of professionalism at this salon. Never again and I suggest for the health of your hair - you don’t either.
