Horrible service, do not waste money here or risk leaving injured! I visited this place on 5/10 for a 45 minute chair massage and foot massage. The massage itself was rough, I had to interrupt to ask for it to be softer. When I got up, my feet had fallen asleep and I fell and suffered 2 sprained ankles! I was offered no help or discount at the time, and no response via email communication weeks later.
I was expecting to receive a massage today, I have been here plenty of times. I initiated contact with a hello and walked over to the desk because the masseuse had a client with 22 minutes on the clock. I assumed there wasn't one else there because no one came out as usual, so I took a seat. The client was finished and proceeded to go over to the foot massage area. 40 minutes later I feel so relaxed. Very good massage. Reasonable price. 😊
