Always get a different / new doctor & have to continually go over my history. Finally got the same doc & despite being on a disability pension, she asked me to pay… apparently whatever I could afford (!?!) because “she had to make a living”. Really??
I’ve gone to this clinic my entire life, and I can honestly say I’ve spent more time sitting in the waiting room than actually being seen by anyone. Something is seriously wrong with how this place is run. This isn’t a one-off issue or a single practitioner—it's every time, with different practitioners. I was once scheduled as the first appointment of the day and still waited nearly an hour to be seen. That’s completely unacceptable. Just went there had to change my appointment. The receptionist was quite rude and then pretty though my next appointment at me on the card..
Overall, I feel like all the staff genuinely care. I am a little bit of a complex case, and although not everyone I've seen is familiar with my conditions, they have always been open about their knowledge (or lack of), open to learning, often researched my conditions before the next appointment, and have never dismissed or gas-lit me, especially when sharing my symptoms.
