Been going to this doctors for a long time and the reason I still come is because it feels like they really care about you. Even the receptionists are nice.
Very poor customer service
I’d been going to this practice almost 2 years for ongoing health issues and I’ve had 4 different doctors 3 of which left when I had just gotten comfortable with them. Then today I wasn’t aware of the billing change so I wanted to cancel my appointments and got spoken to in a rude way for it because it was 5 minutes over the time? Not sure why I would go into an appointment knowing I can’t pay it. No need for the rude communication and attitude because I couldn’t afford something.
