Just went there had to change my appointment. The receptionist was quite rude and then pretty though my next appointment at me on the card..
Overall, I feel like all the staff genuinely care. I am a little bit of a complex case, and although not everyone I've seen is familiar with my conditions, they have always been open about their knowledge (or lack of), open to learning, often researched my conditions before the next appointment, and have never dismissed or gas-lit me, especially when sharing my symptoms.
