All staff, medical, nursing & receptionists, during my 7yrs in attendance, I have always been treated with most reliable, professional, supportive and compassionate care. As a retired registered nurse, I can highly recommend YouYangs medical clinic & all staff for any medical, nursing & personal health needs.
The clinic and reception are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Simran Singh is a wonderful caring doctor. Very thorough, and takes the time to listen and investigate any concerns. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic.
Dr Simran Singh would have to be the most attentive and compassionate doctor i have ever seen, he is a true credit to this surgery! Also, I would like to add the receptionists are so lovely and kind.
I’ve gone to this clinic my entire life, and I can honestly say I’ve spent more time sitting in the waiting room than actually being seen by anyone. Something is seriously wrong with how this place is run. This isn’t a one-off issue or a single practitioner, it's every time, with different practitioners. I mainly see Dr Cameron Loy who has been my savior! If not for Cameron I hate to think where I would be now or even if Id be!! Thank you Cameron for all you have done for me over the years, it truly doesn't seem enough just to say thank you! All the staff here are wonderful, caring and so pleasant to deal with. Its like one big extended family
