I have cervical fusions and chronic neck pain. Nine years ago Alex and Beckie saved me from a 3rd surgery with fascial counterstrain and PT. I'm now seeing Alex for shoulder pain. FCS is nothing short of a miracle. My pain has been relieved immensely. Very gentle and thoughtful technique. Amazing people! After seeing many therapists over the years, this is the only place I will ever go.
I was referred to Alex for my jaw pain. I honestly can't recommend him enough. He provided what other PTs haven't been able to for my pain: strain counterstrain. Alex and Becky Pagotelis are top notch Physical Therapists. I have seen Becky do amazing work with post mastectomy/explant and women's health! Alex is AMAZING with Fascial Strain Counterstrain. This technique is absolutely mind blowing and can help anyone who is in the middle of a detox and needs extra support with drainage and extra cellular matrix (ECM) dysfunction. We are blessed to have them in our community.
