This business is so unprofessional! I hired Harold the owner to do a job. He assessed the work I wanted done, he scheduled me, gave estimates, but then ghosted me. I called and text several times with no response. It's so disappointing because I followed him for a long time on Instagram and his work looks to be top notch, however his customer service is trash! Do Better!
I initially reached out with questions and was provided immediate answers... Following, Harold suggested a free consultation. During his visit he was very professional and knowledgeable, had a very good eye for details and great suggestions. What I appreciated most was I didn't feel rushed, overwhelmed or as if he was just out to take my money. Didn't have a good experience. Harold canceled twice. I had to charge my time at work because of his unprofessionalism. My appointment was for 3pm however i didn't receive a text until after 3 stating he was not able to make it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but after the second cancellation, i didn't take his business seriously, especially when his instagram account was being updated at the same time as our appointment. Good luck!
I would highly recommend this company for any of your home projects. Harold and his team did a great job with painting my ENTIRE home. He communicated along the way sending pictures and video of the project while they were working and finished the project a day early. I have since hired them for several more projects because of the quality of work and professionalism
