Lovely ladies, helped me get exactly what I wanted with my lashes and made me very happy with the results.
Have been getting my lashes done here consistently for a year now and they are always reliably flawless. I also have had a wonderful experience with bio-needling with Aime, she did an excellent job and I could notice a significant improvement to my skin.
Mariani did an amazing job on my makeup for my hen’s do! She really listened to my ideas about soft glam and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I can be quite a fussy client, but she took her time and put so much care into getting everything perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and attentive makeup artist.
The lash technicians here generally do good work — this feedback isn’t about them. It’s about the ongoing lack of customer care and communication from the owner, which unfortunately overshadowed the positive experiences. My technician was changed twice without notice (even though I specifically requested the same technician both times), and my last appointment left me with stinging/burning eyes and damaged skin around the eye area — something that has never happened before.
