Absolutely amazing experience and customer service. We came here to shop for mother-of-the-bride dresses and veils, and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Crystal, has a beautiful and large selection of both. There are mother-of-the-bride dresses in all sizes, including plus sizes, with many different colours to choose from as well as additional colours that can be ordered in. Top notch experience. This was my first time ever trying on bridal gowns and as a plus size bride, I was very hesitant and worried that I wouldn't find my dress on the first visit. Crystal was beyond amazing. She had a few dresses pre selected for me from conversations we had prior and she nailed it. I think I only tried on 4 dresses and I ended up with the 2nd or 3rd one that I tried on. She made the process so simple and easy. Tracey is Hands Down the best I came to her almost in tears after getting scammed on a dress purchase from a bridal salon in Toronto . I thought I would never find the dress of my dreams and had been everywhere else.
