Malachi and Noah were 45 minutes late. They were polite and moved the packed boxes efficiently and quickly to the garage. They wrapped the fragile things well and packed well. They left for lunch. JD returned with Noah to try to finish but we had to cut the scope of the work due to time. I was charged for five hours work but they worked for only four. Disappointing at best. It seemed things were “packed” with a total disregard for their wellbeing. Broken art and irreplaceable pieces. Lost remotes. And no response to our claim submission.
Preston, JD, Will, Danny were absolutely fantastic!! They were friendly, quick, and most importantly super careful with all of our belongings! Can not say enough great things about this company and the guys they have working for them! Thank you again!
