Kim is great, my skittish and traumatized Shih-Tzus have been receiving her grooms for five years now that I know of. Neither PetsSmart nor Petco will take my animals - they need a quiet environment and a personalized, gentle touch. Last visit I introduced one of my neighbors to her who gave me a ride. He is now taking his animal.

Kim does a wonderful job in not only her expert grooming and sensitivity to a dog’s individual needs, but also in treating her customers and their fur babies as family. Her concern for your pet is like that of “Dr. Doolittle.”
