Have been living here for 4 years. Really good place and well maintained. Nice staff. Walking distance to Red line metro. Grosvenor Market is at walking distance which is small but has decent collection of groceries. Beauty view of the pond. Overall, highly recommend.

This condo building is alright. I've seen a few units here, and their quality is good, though the building is kind of old. Nevertheless, building has a lot of amenities, like a 24-hour concierge, a 20-acre lot as a park, a pool, a gym on the G level, tennis courts, a game room on the M level, meeting rooms, a rooftop where you have to access using the stairs, and the Grosvenor Market plus the dry cleaners at the GPIII building (one building down from this one).
