I had just moved to the area & took my two dogs in to be groomed. Although the place was clean & orderly the gal at the front desk was not friendly but I just figured she was having a bad day. When I picked my dogs up they both looked so straggly and the hair was uneven. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the way they looked the front desk gal was rude and wasn't apologetic.
