I had a very disappointing experience at You Fit Solihull, mainly due to the unwelcoming and unpleasant attitudes of Gareth and Lisa. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer . Their lack of professionalism and rude behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which really ruined what should have been an enjoyable visit. Been a member for about 8 months now. In that 8 months they have put the price up and yet there is always something not working. Since I have joined the jacuzzi is hit or miss if it’s working or not. And for over a month now the steam room has been out of order. The customers haven't been offered compensation for the facilities that they are paying for and it’s such a shame as the location is good and if everything worked it would be great for what you get.
