Terrible customer service! Worst I have ever experienced! They WILL NOT allow you to contact them or get back to you! They seem to be closed unnecessarily until God knows when. If they keep up at this pace they will be closed indefinitely. People don't like you to take their money and then be ignored! Grow a spine and open up!
RecommendedFirst a warning: The website is slow, or fails to load. And you cannot cancel your subscription if your Youfit location is not open. With a grain of salt, this review is written during the stay-at-home orders, so I understand why the gym is closed. Charges continue during COVID -19 . Clubs are closed and you charge my account 15 monthly. Disgraceful.

Great club staff is the best
The cleanest gym, great atmosphere, and amazing employees!
Once again, customers standing outside after 6am when the gym is supposed to be open at 5am - and the gym is dark and locked. Maybe have two people on the early shift so you're chances of having someone that can actually set an alarm and roll out of bed in the early hours are improved. This is unacceptable!
Clean and a lot of equipment. Only complaint is the so called music they play. Alot of Garbage rap so ghetto. Like the club is in the middle of some ghetto neighborhood. Annoying.
Great equipment - everything looks new, it has knowledgable and helpful trainers and it is approximately 50% the price of nearby gyms.
