Do not get a car from here worst mistake of my life, the car literally broke down on me 2 days after I got it with no company insurance, I wonder why he kept saying “ if you really want this car just know car parts are expensive” I didn’t mind because I didn’t expect the car to break down 2 days later, bought a new battery and alternator and that still wasn’t the issue, took it to 2 mechanics and they just couldn’t figure it out, plus when it rains water leaks through all the vents. DO NOT GO HERE.
Those people are deceptive and I don't recommend them to anyone they sold me the car and haven't given me the title. The person who sold it to me said he left the dealership and that they're closed. I haven't been able to reach anyone and when I did they told me to file a company to get the title. I will be filing a case in court. Look in another place
This is a nightmare! Please do not Trust John anymore i bought my kia 2013 soul from him last month he purposely did not gave me an invoice only to find out that they close and did not process my title I went to their office in Mckinley and office is empty and now I cant use my vehicle coz the temporary plate they gave me already expired. He is a scam this dealership First Auto is nothing but a SCAM I will sue them
