This was my first trip to You Factor and it was great experience! All the staff was very friendly and outgoing. Dallas was recommended to me by another client of hers and the recommendation was spot on. She was very patient. She explained our options thoroughly and proceeded in a professional manner. I will be going back.
Nichole was so amazing and really took the time to explain everything in detail. My facial felt amazing and when I left my skin was so smooth and refreshed. ☺️ Run and book your appointment, you will not be disappointed!
Absolutely the friendliest staff! Hands down! I travel a lot for work and have a hard time making appointments very far in advance and they always try to accommodate and somehow make it work! They do a great job and honestly have the best prices to boot. So…win, win! ❤️
Stephanie was awesome! It was my first time ever doing injections and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. It was an easy and quick process thanks to her! I will for sure go back to Stephanie.
This spa is amazing! The staff are very kind and competent. Dallas takes pride in her work and is very compassionate about what she does. I highly recommend these ladies!
