I would HIGHLY recommend this office. The doctor went above and beyond to accommodate my limited schedule. She was extremely patient and sweet to my toddler who I had to have come to the appointment with me. I would definitely come back to see her again.
Dr. Shams is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also one of the kindest and most understanding people I’ve ever met. She takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Shams is an amazing eye doctor! She is kind, thorough, intelligent and up on the latest technology in eye care. Being an eye care professional myself, I am very particular with whom I choose to exam my eyes. Working for ophthalmologists for most of her career, I was thrilled when I heard she had opened her own practice. I can’t explain in words how wonderful it was from the time I called to my actual appointment . The staff are kind and the doctor so caring. She paid so much attention to details and I can honestly say I actually could see today with no problems. I love her and I will stick to this office as long as I can. I will refer everyone I know to this office. Thank you for being so great.
