Everyone was welcoming and professional. The eye exam was explained clearly, and all my questions were answered the doctor took time to explain everything This was my first visit, and I felt comfortable right away i would definitely recommend.
I had my eye exam and they charged me 105 dollars since the doctor did not want to use my insurance and asked me to request my reimbursement with the insurance. I've been trying to get my refund for 2 months but the insurance says that this location is not within the network and the doctor assures that it is and the responsibility is delimited. I don't understand why he didn't want to use my insurance when I asked her
